How do I start a Return?

How long do I have to return or exchange my items?

You have up to 15 days to return or exchange your items. The 15 days start counting once your items have been delivered at your address. We must receive the shipping return notification within those 15 days for your return to be processed. Example: you receive your items on May 15th, you have up to May 30th to drop off your items at the shipping carrier. Once your package is scanned we receive immediate notification that your return is on its way.

What is the Refund process?

Where is my order number?

How do I find my order receipt?

We send you an email with your receipt and order details to the email provided in your purchase order. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk/promotional folder.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship worldwide and the rates will vary depending on where you are shipping the order to. These rates will be calculated during checkout once you have entered the shipping information. We offer a variety of international shipping carriers that you can select for your convenience at check out.

What payment methods do you accept?

Debit & Credit Cards: (include here logo of all the cards we accept) We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be acceptd by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Paypal: Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Afterpay: Pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. There is no interest, and no catch. This payment option is only available on US orders.

Digital Wallet: Pay for your purchase with your credit/debit card saved in your digital wallet, we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Facebook pay: Pay for your purchase through Facebook and Messenger with your credit/debit card saved

Sales Tax

As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value. The tax amount will be shown on the review page before you submit your order as well as on the summary page that you see once the order is complete.


We charge all of our orders in USD, and the conversion with your local currency will be managed by your financial institution.
